A few of these books I’ve already read and/or already have on my kindle. I just really want all the books I really liked or plan on rereading someday as physical copies, so when I saw some of these at my local bookstore I knew I had to grab them.
I read Shiver and the rest of The Wolves of Mercy Falls series a long time ago. I remember the I loved it though. I plan on rereading it someday, but I don’t think it will be soon. When I saw this at the bookstore in pretty much new condition I was so excited. You can’t even tell someone else has read it unless you feel the tiny bend in the spine that you can’t even see. Sadly, the other books in this series weren’t there, but hopefully, I’ll find them next time!
I actually just ordered The Tattooist of Auschwitz on Amazon because I just finished reading the sequel Cilka’s Journey (You can read my review here). Funny thing though, it was at the bookstore for cheaper, so I bought it and tried to cancel my Amazon order, but they won’t cancel it. Now I’ll have to return it once it finally gets here. I really enjoyed reading this book as well and I’m glad to finally have a physical copy. (You can read my review for The Tattooist of Auschwitz here).
Oh, Perks. The Perks of Being a Wallflower is one of my absolute favorite books ever and I already had it in paperback, but when I saw it as an option on Book of the Month and it’s the 20th edition I went ahead and added it to my box. It also has an extra letter from Charlie, which I guess that means there is a reread in the near future.
When I saw that Stephen Chbosky had finally written another book, I knew I had to get it. I plan on starting this bad boy soon as well. I’m so excited. Imaginary Friend is actually a horror novel which usually isn’t my first choice, but I’m sure it’s going to be great. Check back soon for a review!
I already have all of the Harry Potter books, but my set is a handed down beat-up paperback set from my uncle. I am slowly replacing them with fairly used hardbacks as I find them. When I saw this hardback of Prisoner of Azkaban I was excited. I just have a few more to replace now.
Fountains of Silence was my Book of the Month choice this month (obviously). It’s a historical fiction novel based in Spain and it sounds really good. I may read it after I finish Imaginary Friend.
